How do I book BEM Bartending?

Will BEM Bartending supply the alcohol?

We do not! We do supply a detailed shopping list of all the alcohol you will need!

Does BEM Bartending travel?

We do! We are available to serve all of Ohio and other states! We do charge for any events 30 miles outside of Dayton. 

Any additional fees?

Our only additional fees may include: The bar rental, the champagne wall rental, additional serving time, additional bartenders and travel fees. Email us to find out more about our add on's!

Who is responsible for ensuring guests don't have too much to drink? 

The host (you). BEM Bartending is trained and prepared to help in any situation. While we do ask, the host is aware that BEM Bartending staff can refuse service to guest(s) at any time. 

Gratuity?

Simple answer, absolutely. Tips are customary in the service industry (bartending).
With BEM Bartending, we have two ways to go about it!

1. Have a tip jar placed on the mobile bar for guests.

2. Opt for the "hosted gratuity," in which the tip jar is eliminated and the host pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of the bartending service. 

What types of payments does BEM Bartending accept?

Cash, Venmo, or Check is preferred. 

What happens to the non-refundable retainer if the scheduled event is cancelled?

We get it, life happens! However, with the signed contract, we cannot refund the retainer fee. Although if you ever need to reschedule your event within one year, we would be happy to use the retainer fee for that event! 

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?

Of course, we are licensed and insured! We would be happy to send a copy of the necessary documents to the desired venue prior to the event!

Do you offer discounts?

We offer 15% discount to all healthcare workers, educators, and first responders!
